I design the brand and the pages, then build them myself with AI assistance, in one of two ways. Built on a CMS like WordPress, the site lets you edit every text and image without a developer. Custom-coded, it is ready to use or handed over to your developers on GitHub. SEO research shapes the structure and the copy from the first wireframe.

Managing product taught me to hold user needs and business goals in the same hand, and to know what can actually ship. I still design that way today. The screen is rarely the whole problem.

I'm convinced that a good designer is, above all, an excellent observer: what motivates people, what frustrates them. Outside of work, it's by reading and travelling that I keep sharpening my eye.
